Frank I. Powers is an owner/stockholder of the firm. He was born in Illinois and has made Phoenix, Arizona his home since 1990. Mr. Powers obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Arizona State University in 1986. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Powers devotes all of his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others.
Mr. Powers' almost 20 years of trial experience has gained him recognition by his peers as a premier plaintiff's trial lawyer and an AV Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. He is a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the State Bar of Arizona, Board of Legal Specialization. In 2009, Mr. Powers was honored to be selected by his peers to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has continued to be listed since.
Mr. Powers is a member of several professional trial associations and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a professional organization recognizing accomplishments of lawyers winning multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients.
